This book devoted to mud cloths of Africa has authoritative text and a few pertinent photos. I would have liked to have seen more photos of these interesting Mali textiles. The text adequately traces the origins and development of a native cloth that has become used and recognised world-wide. It looks at the tourism trade and at different artists.
