I loved this book, it’s full of exciting projects to make that will make friends feel warm and loved. Professionally made, quilted projects abound in this book. The layout is clear, the instructions easy to follow and accompanied by good photographs. Barri’s unique style shines throughout and is homely. Most of the projects are in pastels and you would bring a zing if you used brightly coloured fabrics instead, but her colours work so well that you might not wish to change them. Twenty-five projects of differing sizes, so some can be made quickly, will capture your heart and have you making the home that little bit cosier. Templates and suppliers are included. When I look at this book, I think of warm, open fires, people round the hearth. There is something for everyone in this 128 page book.
