This is an excellent book for anyone who wants to experiment. It highlights fascinating techniques for you to use in ideas you yourself are developing. Excellent photography throughout, but this is not a how-to-make this textile book, it’s more, here’s the technique, now go and play. For independent textile enthusiasts everywhere, this is brilliant. For those who need to be shown exactly how to do something – this is not the book for you. I love Dawn’s work and she also highlights other artists work too.
